OUR APPROACH?
Collaborating with PVH’s Women’s Business Resource Group (BRG) and its co-leads, LAUDACE crafted a session that aligned with the BRG’s pillars and goals.
Through powerful storytelling, we engaged participants with themes like self-awareness, intersectionality, allyship, and emotional intelligence. Our session was one of several events in PVH’s IWD program and was actively promoted internally to encourage maximum attendance.
By positioning allyship as an essential, shared responsibility, we called upon men and women alike to see themselves as allies, underscoring the importance of intersectional, actionable support for one another.
THE RESULTS
The impact was profound.
Leaders from PVH praised the session’s enduring effect, with one participant reflecting “It’s not often that, 24 hours after a talk, I’m still thinking about it.”
Employees took to social media and internal forums to share how they planned to apply the insights in their everyday work, expressing a renewed commitment to inclusive allyship beyond performative gestures.
The session laid the groundwork for a broader, intersectional approach to allyship within PVH’s BRG and across the company, creating momentum for a workplace culture where belonging is limitless.
