INNOVATING ED&I* AT THE INTERSECTION.
At LAUDACE, we're not just another ED&I management consultancy; we're architects of bold change, champions of equity, and advocates for an inclusive revolution.
Our mission is to accelerate the psychological safety, inclusion, well-being and sense of belonging of historically marginalized individuals in the workplace + their allies.
* ED&I stands for Equity Diversity & Inclusion. Unlike ordinary DEI, at LAUDACE “Equity” comes first.

We expand our reach beyond our subject-matter expertise in Neurodiversity, Anti-Racism, and Gender Equity by taking an intersectional lens to ED&I.
Why do we prioritize Intersectionality in our approach to ED&I?
At LAUDACE, intersectionality is at the heart of everything we do. Our approach is holistic, recognizing that people’s experiences are shaped by multiple, intersecting identities. We don’t just address individual challenges—our strategies focus on the multidimensional realities of historically marginalized groups, ensuring that everyone can thrive.
Why does this matter?
Through our experiences, we’ve seen firsthand how essential it is to consider the unique, combined impact of these intersecting identities. For example, the challenges faced by a Black, neurodivergent woman may be different from those of a neurodivergent man or a woman of a different ethnicity. Ignoring these layers of identity can lead to oversimplified DEI strategies that don’t fully address the needs of those we aim to support.
