Courageous Conversations Series

LAUDACE's Courageous Conversations are listening circles that require participants to show bravery, vulnerability, and openness in addressing difficult, challenging, or uncomfortable topics. These conversations involve confronting biases, acknowledging privilege, and discussing sensitive issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • We create a psychologically safe and respectful space for participants to engage in open and honest dialogue about challenging topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • We enable a deeper understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives, experiences, and identities.

  • We empower participants with tools, knowledge, and confidence to engage in difficult conversations and take action towards positive change in their personal and professional lives.

Topics covered

We cover all dimensions of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from an intersectional lens. Together we can define relevant themes or topics. Here are some topics to explore below. Please note this list is non-exhaustive:
